Our Process

We know you don't want to trust your family memories to just anyone. Our process allows us to restore your photos to their former glory without any further damage to the original photo. Here is how our process works:

You send us your photo

You can either send a physical photo through the mail or upload a scanned file through our Web site.

We send you a quote

Once we receive the photo, we e-mail you an estimate for the restoration. Once you approve the estimate, we begin the restoration process.

We send you a proof

Once we have finished the restoration, we e-mail you a low-resolution photo proof. This will allow you to view and approve the restoration, but you will not be able to produce a good quality photo from it.

You approve the proof and send payment

After you approve the proof, we need your payment before we can send the photo. We use Google checkout for payment.

We mail you the photos

Once we receive your payment, we mail you the requested number of prints of your photo. For an extra fee, we can also send you the digitally restored master file.
